2012 Meeting Schedule
October 31, 2012: Nominations for pending board positions will be opened. Nominations can be made at the meeting, or via email to the Board. Any homeowner or property owner interested in serving a two year term can apply.
November 28, 2012: Nominations will be closed.
December 04, 2012: Ballots will be mailed to homeowners or property owners.
December 26, 2012: Ballots must be received in the WF PO Box by 5PM on this date. Ballots may be hand carried by the homeowner to the meeting in person. No ballots will be counted that are received after PO Box deadline or after the ballot counting has begun during the meeting. Ballots will be opened, validated, and counted by volunteer homeowners at the meeting and the new Board members will be announced.
